RJJ Software, editors of the award-wining .NET Core podcast, have begun editing two new podcasts aimed at helping others to improve their skills.

Founded by podcasting and executive coach Steve Worthy, both Podcasters Live and the Retail Leadership Podcast are industry leading podcasts within their own spaces. Podcasters Live offers advice to those starting out in podcasting and live streaming, while Retail Leadership is the only podcast dedicated to helping retail leaders advance their careers, improve their communication and enhance their culture. Steve founded both shows as a way to increase the diversity and inclusivity in the podcasting space, and to support others on their paths to success.

Podcasters Live is a project particularly close to the heart of RJJ. A YouTube channel hosted by Steve Worthy, Podcasters Live’s weekly livestream features podcasters and other podcast industry experts. It lets new and established podcasters engage live with their audience while teaching them the proper techniques to produce an engaging live stream. By learning from the show, podcasters can grow their audience, enhance their engagement through a live stream broadcast strategy, and build their own sustainable live stream show.

Jamie Taylor of RJJ has been involved since Podcasters Live started as a live stream in September 2021, and his company’s editorial skills are being deployed to turn that live stream into a podcast. Mark Taylor, RJJ’s Chief Audio Editor and Engineer, has been working hard to prepare the audio feed, and is looking forward to hearing what people think of the great advice that Steve and his guests share.

“Jamie and I have been podcast colleagues for the last two years,” said Steve Worthy. “He has been instrumental with assisting the concept development for the podcast as well as editorial responsibilities. They have produced some amazing podcast episodes and I’m excited to have them on the team for my podcast project.” The audio feed for Podcasters Live is due for release in May 2022.
